Advanced Aluminum Thermal Break Windows Profile Making Line

This machine presses and securely bonds thermally-insulated aluminum profiles, which have been pre-toothed and fitted with insulation strips or plastic inserts, to form a single, integrated thermally-insulated aluminum profile.

1. 11-axis CNC system, Omron PLC, precision lead screw, and linear guideway adjustment.

2. Advanced human-machine interface (HMI) with LCD touchscreen display and proprietary software developed by our company. This allows for data storage and call-up of the 11-axis drive system for compositing various aluminum profiles, enabling fully automated, unmanned adjustments during profile changes.

Three sets of hard rollers are used to firmly press together aluminum profiles that have been toothed and fitted with insulation strips or plastic profiles, achieving a tight bond between the aluminum profile and the insulation strip, forming a complete thermally insulated aluminum profile.
Design Features

1. Eleven-axis CNC system enables full CNC adjustment and replacement of different insulation profiles, allowing for immediate storage and recall.
2. Servo motor control, precision propulsion by Taiwan Hiwin linear motion pairs, and variable frequency drive for stepless speed regulation.
3. 15-inch liquid crystal touchscreen display for a high-end look.
4. Utilizing Junchuang PIC, our company's proprietary software, various profiles can be stored and recalled, eliminating the frustration of frequent adjustments.
5. Six sets of cutterhead openings can be adjusted to accommodate various insulation strips.

1. The machine frame is made of high-strength just welded, sturdy and durable, and will not be deformed even during long-distance transportation

3. The output is 5-8 tons every 8 hours. The rotating shaft is marked with a scale, the adjustment is more accurate 

4. High hardness of assembly roller

5. Nylon roller is used for the pressing function, which does not damage the surface of the profile. The rise and fall are electronically controlled 

6. The rolling speed is adjustable, using stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. Handwheel controls rolling force and is equipped with digital display
