 The insulating glass equipment is the standard configuration for insulating glass production, which includes high-speed glass washing machine and automatic glass assembly and press machine. The production line consists of seven sections and can produce insulating glass from right to left or reverse.

1.The brush uses 610 food-grade nylon to reduce static electricity.
2.High-pressure nozzle (fan-shaped high-pressure spray)----Ensure that the cleaned glass is clean without dead corners.
3.Wind knife---the angle, wind flow, wind speed and wind pressure are based on scientific data to ensure the speed and effect of air drying.
4.Cleaning-air drying transmission method---"squeezing wheel transmission device".

5.The upper and lower parts of the cleaning machine are made of 6mm
stainless steel.
6.The sides are welded with 3mm high-quality 304 stainless steel, which
has a stable structure, water resistance, corrosion resistance and long

7.The brushes are composed of 4 groups of 8 soft and hard brushes. Each
group of brushes is driven by a separate motor. The brushes are all made of 610 food-gradeimportednylonwiretoreducestaticelectricityandavoid
scratches,ensuring the cleaning effect.
8.The integral rubber roller is used for transmission. It is durable, wear-resistant, and resistant to both acids and alkalis. For glass thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 15 mm, the roller automatically adjusts the width. The water nozzle adopts high-pressure spraying, delivering the water flow in a fine mist for more uniform coverage. Stainless steel bearings and precision-cast copper bearing seats ensure a long service life.
