650mm CNC Double Head Miter Saw Aluminum Double Head Cutting Saw

Suitable for sawing industrial aluminum profiles and aluminum door and window curtain wall profiles at any angle. It is controlled by a CNC system and a servo motor drives a reducer to achieve arbitrary adjustment of the sawing angle between 22.5°and 157.5°. Equipment features: 

 The movable saw head is driven by an imported servo motor and rack and pinion, which has a fast movement speed, full closed-loop control, and high dimensional accuracy. 

 The motor is directly connected to the saw blade, and the rotation angle is driven by a servo motor . 

 The saw blade feed uses a pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder drive, ensuring stable cutting. 

 Equipped with a high-quality industrial control computer, supporting direct import of external data. 

 Features a follow-up opening and closing saw cover, ensuring safety, reliability, and a good working environment. 

 The movable profile support rack has a compact structure and a small footprint. 

Each cutting head has two cylinders to clamp the profile, ensuring safe and reliable cutting. 

It can automatically perform ultra-short and ultra-long cutting functions.
