 Upper Section
1. The entire panel utilizes back-up rollers, ensuring smoother glass handling, especially for small glass.
2. Equipped with a precise coated glass and Low-E glass recognition system, an intelligent conveyor system, a circulating air supply system, and a circulating water supply system.
3. The combined conveyor wheels, with both ends integrated, can be used four times alternately.

Cleaning Section
1. The brushes utilize 610 food-grade nylon yarn to reduce static electricity.
2. High-pressure nozzles (fan-shaped high-pressure spray) ensure that the cleaned glass is spotless.
3. Air Knife: The angle, airflow, speed, and pressure are based on scientific data to ensure efficient and effective drying.
4. The cleaning and drying conveyor system utilizes a "squeeze-wheel transmission device."

Aluminum Frame Positioning Section

1. Utilizes an integrated adjustment structure with a flat aluminum profile.
2. Ensures the depth between the aluminum frame and the glass edge is precisely adjustable, with a maximum depth of 50mm. This reduces manual frame placement time and improves overall line efficiency.

External Clamping Section
1. Time Control Function to Prevent Misalignment of the Glass Sheets - This section is controlled by time, rather than traditional photoelectric switches or limit switches. Because different glass materials (Low-E, coated, frosted) have different detection distances, this can easily cause the glass to not move into position and misalignment.
2. Glass Movement Buffer Function - A delay device is implemented when the second glass sheet of the external clamping section moves in, preventing collisions caused by inertia during movement. This device allows the glass to stop smoothly in the correct position.
3. The backing plate for aluminum spacers larger than 18A can be pushed into position in one go, eliminating the need for repeated retraction or manual operation. This prevents collisions with the aluminum spacers and improves the efficiency of wide aluminum-slatted insulating glass.
Inflatable Panel Press Section
1. The panel press achieves high precision, utilizing a ball screw and bidirectional linear guide rails. The rear panel automatically guides and positions the panel, ensuring parallel pressing of the two panels. Adjustable pressure is provided based on the size of the insulating glass, and the hold time can be adjusted accordingly.
2. A bottom-filling mode ensures uniform inflation and ensures fullness. Side and bottom seals are added to the panel press to effectively prevent air leaks during inflation. A blower is added to the rear panel to reduce friction between the glass and the rear panel.
3. The overall structure features a wide opening, allowing for easy access for regular maintenance and inspection.
