Software Functions

1. The profiles can be rolled once; it can also be bent repeatedly in various forms as needed;

2. Bendable shapes: C-shaped, U-shaped, 3R-shaped, elliptical and various variable curvature arcs with bilateral symmetry; parabola, Archimedean spiral, and various asymmetric variable curvature arcs.

3. Supports USB import of 2D drawing DXF files, USB import of 3D drawing .STEP files, and directly generates production and processing formula programs; the formula data can be manually modified, and the formula data can be exported via USB;

4. The interface displays 3D simulated three-dimensional arcs, and dynamically tracks and displays the processing process; the simulated arc contour can be opened, scaled and rotated.

5. It can realize the linear interpolation function of X-axis and Y-axis, display the position change data of each action axis and the profiles movement data on the screen, monitor the interpolation effect at any time, and ensure the realization of the real interpolation function.

6. The equipment has reserved Internet communication interface, which can be remotely monitored, debugged and upgraded online.

7. Each axis data has power failure memory function and data permanent storage function to prevent data loss due to power failure, shutdown or equipment failure.

8. Automatically detect errors and equipment failures, and display the error, fault content and code on the screen, which is convenient for operators to troubleshoot.

9. Servo parameters can be preset by the system, and servo key parameters and status can be monitored by the system.

10. The software can automatically extract material rebound data and interpolation arc length data of different radii, without manual input one by one, effectively saving programming time and reducing the difficulty of equipment operation.

11. Self-diagnosis function: when the equipment fails, it can determine whether the components are good or bad.

12. Manual adjustment function: the arc with inaccurate size can be corrected by manual function.
